We present Carl Orff’s ever popular Carmina Burana, a setting of poems in Latin and Middle High German which describe the turning wheel of Fortune, circling through joy and grief.

The opening chorus ‘O Fortuna’ will be very familiar, as it has been used countless times in film and TV scores.
